Shipping Policy

Captain Jack’s Clothing Co. ships your order through Shippit and Australia Post. 

 

AUSTRALIA

$10 AUD Flat Rate for orders up to $100

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100

 

Australian orders are shipped via Couriers Please, Fastway and Australia Post. The fastest delivery service is determined by our distribution system; Shippit.

 

Delivery is expected between 2-5 business days* to the East Coast metro areas. Please allow up to a further 8 business days for rural and West Coast areas. Rarely delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

 

You will receive your tracking number via email with a link to follow its progress once your order has been shipped.

  

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL International.

 

Delivery is expected between 5-15 business days* to most metro areas. Please allow up to a further 7 business days longer for rural areas. Rarely delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

 

You will receive your tracking number via email with a link to follow its progress once your order has been shipped.

 

The Rest of the World

These orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL International.

 

Delivery is expected between 7-21 business days* to most metro areas. Please allow up to a further 7 business days longer for rural areas. Rarely delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

 

You will receive your tracking number via email with a link to follow its progress once your order has been shipped.

 

CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible at admin@captainjacks.com.au with the correct address and your order number. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Captain Jack’s Clothing Co. will always do our best to maintain our best practise within our delivery guidelines, however – we process excessive amounts of orders weekly which from time to time can cause a backlog – please expect possible delay during, promotional, sale or holiday times. 

 

If you are concerned about receiving your order within a dedicated timeframe please contact us first before placing an order. 

 

Captain Jack’s Clothing Co. will not be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once leaving our office with our 3rd party service providers but we will always do our best to help in these circumstances and more often than not have a positive outcome.

 

All orders are charged in AUD.

 

*The delivery times provided by Captain Jack’s Clothing Co. are estimates only and can vary during Christmas, Easter and public Holiday periods.
