Miles Tam

My name is Miles Tam and I live in Townsville.  Although many of you will know me from fishing, my passion has spread across to travel, camping, golf and of course my number one passion is my family. 

I have written in the QLD Fish & Boat magazine for over 10 years.  I have fished all over world from Mexico chasing Snook, Papua New Guinea chasing Dogtooth, Fiji, Vanuatu catching Yellowfin Tuna, Indonesia chasing Ruby Snapper and Snakehead and of course all around our great country of Australia catching everything from Sooty Grunter, Barramundi, Red Emperor to Marlin.

My true passion these days is showing my family everything life has to offer and giving them life skills away from devices. Never waste a day as you can't get time back. Expose your kids to everything you possibly can and put your hand up for any experience and opportunity that pops up. You’ll only get stronger for it.
